Privacy Policy

Last updated September 1, 2026

This policy explains what information Certified AI Partners LLC ("Certified AI Partners," "we," "us") collects when you use certifiedaipartners.com, our free AI assessment, our booking pages, and our events, and how we use, share, and protect it. It also covers information we handle when you become a client.

Who we are

Certified AI Partners LLC is a Utah limited liability company. Our mailing address is 134 S Main St, Ste 110, Alpine, UT 84004. For anything in this policy, email hello@certifiedaipartners.com.

Information you give us

You may give us information when you fill out a form, book a call, start the free assessment, register for an event, buy a ticket, or work with us. Depending on what you do, that can include:

  • Your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and company website.
  • What you tell us about your business and its workflows, including anything you type into the free AI assessment. Please do not enter passwords, private customer records, payment details, or health information; the assessment does not need them.
  • Event details such as party size, whether you want an assessment, and your consent to event communications.
  • Payment information for paid events or services. Card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers.
  • As a client, the business information, documents, and system access you choose to share so we can do the work you hired us for. Client engagements are governed by the agreement we sign with you, which controls if it conflicts with this policy.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we and our providers collect technical information such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and advertising identifiers. We use:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used.
  • Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our advertising works. The Conversions API sends events from our server to Meta, which may include a hashed version of contact details you submitted on an ad landing page.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Policy lists what is set and how to control it.

If you reach the free assessment from our site, the link carries tags that record which page or campaign you came from.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry, book and hold calls, and deliver the assessment result you asked for.
  • To register you for events, send confirmations and reminders, and process ticket payments.
  • To provide services to clients and report on the work.
  • To contact you about our services, including by email, phone, or text message when you have given us your number. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • To understand how the site and our advertising perform and to improve both.
  • To keep our systems secure, prevent misuse, and comply with the law.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run parts of our business under contract: Google (analytics, tag management, email and documents), Meta (advertising measurement), Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (the database behind our client relationship system), Vercel and Railway (hosting), and the AI model providers we use to generate assessment results.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants when needed.
  • Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our users, or our systems.
  • A successor if we sell, merge, or transfer the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Lead and contact records stay in our systems while there is an active or reasonably expected relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see your choices below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.

Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction, and deletion. Email us and we will confirm what we hold about you, fix it, or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Marketing. Unsubscribe from emails using the link in the message, reply STOP to texts, or email us. We may still send messages needed to deliver something you asked for.
  • Cookies and ads. Control cookies in your browser and adjust ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
  • State privacy laws. If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. We honor those requests from any resident. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising beyond measuring our own ads.
  • Outside the United States. Our services are aimed at US companies and our systems are in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business, or your consent where we ask for it, and you can exercise your rights by emailing us.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. If you ask someone to make a request for you, we may ask for proof that they are allowed to.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Third-party links

We link to other sites and services, including our booking and assessment tools, LinkedIn, and clients' websites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will say so on this page or contact you when we have a way to.
