Terms of Service
Last updated September 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Certified AI Partners LLC ("Certified AI Partners," "we," "us") covering certifiedaipartners.com, the free AI opportunity assessment, our booking pages, event registrations, and any other service offered on the site (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you become a client, the written agreement we sign with you governs that work. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by scraping it, probing or attacking our systems, submitting false information, uploading malicious code, impersonating anyone, or using it to send spam. We may suspend or block access that breaks these rules.
Information, not advice
Everything on the Site, including articles, case studies, calculators, and the output of the free AI assessment, is general information about how AI can be applied in a business. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any result. Decisions about your business are yours. Talk to us or another qualified adviser before acting on anything you read here.
The free AI assessment
The free assessment produces a short written result based only on what you tell it, generated with the help of AI models. It is an estimate meant to start a conversation, not a finished analysis, and figures in it are ranges with stated assumptions. We may review your submission and follow up with you about it. Do not submit passwords, private customer records, payment information, or health information; we do not need them and you are responsible for anything you choose to enter.
Bookings, events, and purchases
- Calls are booked through our scheduling provider and are subject to availability. We may reschedule or decline a booking, for example if the company is outside the businesses we serve.
- Event registrations and ticket purchases are handled by our providers, including Cal.com and Stripe, under their terms as well as ours. Prices, dates, and what a ticket includes are stated on the event page. Refund terms, if any, are stated on the event page; if an event is cancelled by us, we refund paid tickets in full.
- We can change or cancel events, and correct pricing or description errors, without liability beyond a refund of what you paid us for that event.
Results and testimonials
Case studies, statistics, and testimonials on the Site describe specific past work for specific clients. They are real, but they are not typical for every business and they do not promise what we will achieve for you. Any guarantee we offer a client is written into that client's agreement and applies only on its terms.
Our content
The Site and everything on it, including text, design, logos, the Certified AI Partners Standard seal, illustrations, and code, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, sell, or build a competing service from our content without written permission. Client names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of those clients.
Your content
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us permission to use it to respond to you, deliver what you asked for, and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your business information.
Third-party services and links
The Site links to and relies on services we do not control, including scheduling, payment, hosting, analytics, and AI model providers, and links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the free assessment are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be error-free, secure, or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Certified AI Partners LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us through the Site in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or information you submit that you did not have the right to share.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, you agree to email us and give us thirty days to try to resolve the issue.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy are the entire agreement about the Site between you and us.
